The Farmers District Office of Kylie Lewis is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Full Cycle Sales Agent to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the insurance industry, develop valuable sales skills, and build lasting relationships with customers.
You'll be involved in the entire sales process—from connecting with prospective customers and understanding their needs to presenting insurance solutions and closing business.

Connect with prospective customers through phone, video, and other communication channels.
Build rapport and create positive relationships with potential clients.
Ask questions and listen carefully to understand each customer's insurance needs.
Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
Recommend solutions based on each customer's individual needs.
Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
Answer customer questions and confidently address concerns or objections.
Follow up consistently with prospects to keep opportunities moving forward.
Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
Work with your team to share ideas, improve results, and achieve sales goals.
Continue developing your insurance knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.
