Build Here! A Piqua, multi-state manufacturer has several Day or Night shift, General Labor / Production Operator jobs starting @ $17-$18 per hour with Premium Benefits. This is your chance to learn & operate multiple types of machines.

NOTE: Add an additional $1.19 per hour with a $50 per week attendance bonus.

A Smart Work Schedule with a 12 Hour Shift Rotation.

Week 1 : Three days on the job with 4 days off.
Week 2 : Four days on the job with 3 days off.
Schedule: 8 AM- 8:30 PM or 8 PM – 8:30 AM
Make $18 per hour to start, with (literally) 1/2 of the month off.
$50 Attendance Bonus Per Week
30% Reduced Fuel Costs… SAVE$44 per month on a 10 Mile Commute.

Duties:

Remove scrap plastic from collection bin & move to the recycling area.
Operate Shredder Machine.
Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Move and store baled materials and finished products using a forklift.
Attend Staff Meetings to discuss production goals & process improvement.
Operate Extrusion Machine.
Maintain Production Logs
Maintain Quality Standards.
Reading, interpreting and analyzing production orders.
Accurately count and report production and inventory.
Adhere to all Safety Protocols & Use of PPE.

Steel Toed Boots

Valid Driver’s License
Your Own Transportation
High School Diploma or GED
Clean Background with NoFelony Conviction
Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen
Able to Read & Use Measuring Devices
Accurately Count & Report Production Inventory
Able to Follow Written & Verbal Instructions
Consistently Maintain Speed & Quality
6 Months Previous Manufacturing Experience Required
