FedEx Delivery Driver

DTK Delivery Inc runs FedEx Ground delivery routes out of Sioux City, Iowa, and is hiring drivers at $18.50 per hour, with a pay increase after the 60-day probation period. Full-time schedules run Tuesday through Saturday; part-time schedules are 3–4 days per week.

About DTK Delivery Inc

DTK Delivery Inc provides three weeks of paid training at $18.50 per hour for the first 30 days. Routes cover western Iowa, from Lawton to Odebolt, including rural and residential areas. Drivers are paid biweekly and may earn a monthly bonus for meeting company target metrics.

The Job

You’ll load, sort, and deliver packages using a company-provided P1000 step van, P700 cutaway, or Dodge ProMaster delivery van. Routes cover western Iowa and average 175 miles per day. The work includes bending, lifting, and getting in and out of the delivery vehicle to bring packages to the front door or delivery access point.

Routes average nine hours, until all packages are delivered. Start time is between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. Part-time drivers may have the opportunity to move to full-time in July or August.

• Hourly pay - $18.50 per hour; increases after the 60-day probation period

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation, and frequently bend and maneuver in and out of the delivery vehicle
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
