THE MEETING SPOT is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Junior Bartender / Barback to join our team!
We are a premium casual outdoor dining destination near SoFi Stadium, serving fresh food, handcrafted cocktails, and a high-volume game-day and event crowd. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well under pressure, and is eager to grow their skills behind the bar.
ResponsibilitiesSupport bartenders with bar setup, restocking, and service preparation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
Wash, polish, organize, and replenish glassware.
Restock ice, garnishes, mixers, spirits, and other bar supplies.
Assist with preparing basic cocktails and beverages as directed.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the bar area.
Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties.
Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management.
Provide professional, friendly service while maintaining a sense of urgency during busy shifts.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
Ability to stay productive during slower periods without constant supervision.
Previous restaurant, barback, or bartending experience preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
Must meet applicable California requirements for alcohol service and any required training or certification.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry bar supplies, ice, and beverage cases as needed.
Comfortable working in an outdoor restaurant environment.

Position: Junior Bartender / Barback
Schedule: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, game days, and major events
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay plus applicable tip-pool participation, based on the position and established tip-pooling policy.
